Stepping Up for Jesus
It’s GraceLink time again. That’s the time, three times per
year, that we at Grace make a concerted effort to create new groups and get
everyone involved in a group. In the fall, typically we have a church-wide
study. That’s where for five weeks, starting on September 16th this
year, the pastors will preach a series that will relate to the books and videos
that all of the groups will be reading and watching. We encourage everyone to Grab a free resource, Gather a few friends, and Grow with us!
If you’re just starting out with this whole GraceGroup
thing, your starting point should be to look around you and find a friend, or
maybe someone that you wish was a friend, and ask them to do the church-wide
study with you. Neither of you needs to be an expert; that’s what the DVD is
for. You can gather at your home,
business, before school, or wherever you are comfortable. Watch the DVD, invite
some people, perhaps serve some snacks, and talk about it. That’s it. You can
do this!
